Mrs Universe Great Britain is a trading name of Medina Creative Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17179622). These Terms govern use of the website and participation in programmes, competitions and events operated under the Mrs Universe Great Britain brand.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility criteria published on the website apply to all applicants. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

3. Applications

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. We may decline or withdraw an application where information is false or misleading.

4. Fees and Payments

Application fees and other charges, where applicable, are payable by bank transfer unless otherwise stated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Winner's Responsibilities

The Winner is expected to represent Mrs Universe Great Britain professionally, support agreed appearances and comply with the Code of Conduct.

6. International Finals Costs

Unless confirmed in writing by Mrs Universe Great Britain, the Winner is responsible for costs associated with participation in the Mrs Universe International Finals, including (without limitation) flights, visas, travel insurance, accommodation not included by organisers, national costume, evening wear, rehearsal wear, hair, make-up, accessories, luggage charges and personal expenses. Mrs Universe Great Britain may assist with sponsorship opportunities but does not guarantee funding.

7. Prizes and Sponsorship

Prizes and sponsorship are subject to availability and may be amended or substituted where reasonably necessary.

8. Media and Image Rights

Participants grant Mrs Universe Great Britain permission to photograph, film and use approved content for promotional purposes without additional payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully and professionally and must not engage in bullying, discrimination, harassment or conduct likely to bring the organisation into serious disrepute.

10. Suspension or Removal of Title

Mrs Universe Great Britain reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a title following a fair process where there has been a serious breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

11. Intellectual Property

The Mrs Universe Great Britain name, logos, branding, crown, sash and website content remain the property of Medina Creative Productions Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by English law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
